Theology Student of The Year
During my junior year at Southwestern, I was awarded the department award for the Religion Department, which is normally granted to a graduating senior.
Missions Coordinator
As the director of student missions in my sophomore year, I restructured the program and made screening and sending out student missionaries easier. By maintaining a better contact solution, I have implemented protocols which are continuing to be used.
Deep Calling Journey
Successfully adapted a program, to deliver to a wider audience through a hybrid system. Not only putting on programs locally in the DFW area, but also having a wide reach around the world. Due to our evangelistic efforts, we had many Bible Studies and Baptisms resulting from this.
NAD Women's Clergy Committee
I have had the distinct honor and privilege to be able to serve as a part of a nation-wide Adventist women's committee. I was selected as one of the two student representatives to serve and be a part of paving the way for future generations.
Camp Kulaqua
Throughout the many summers I have spent at Camp, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of rolls. Consistently receiving awards for counseling, acting, energy, enthusiasm, directors choice, and spiritual leadership. It has been an honor to be a part of bringing people to know and love Jesus.
Student Association Ministries Vice President
After arriving to Southwestern my freshman year, I had the opportunity to become the Ministries Vice President as a freshman. Successfully implementing and designing a prayer room and space as well as starting and maintaining a thriving prayer ministry on campus. Then going onto receiving a University-wide reward for my service and willingness.
Students Mentoring Students
During my tenure at Georgia-Cumberland Academy, I innovated a program, piloting during my senior year, which is still in place many years later. Where students coming in have a student mentor supporting them.
Caring Heart Scholarship
I was awarded this award at my high-school graduation in recognition of my service and dedication to my school.
Prayer Room
After my time in Academy, as the campus was adding buildings, there was a prayer room dedicated in my honor, as tribute to the prayer programs I put in place during my time in Academy
